Robin Hobbs

Robin Hobbs is a professional Real Estate Investor and Licensed REALTOR since 2004. As a 3rd generation REALTOR, it’s safe to say that Real Estate runs in her blood. From the long family history in the industry, to the name she is making for herself as a professional Investor and Real Estate Investment Advisor with LEGACY, you won’t find another Agent with a combination of experience and enthusiasm quite like hers. Robin has completed numerous conversions from single family homes to duplex and triplexes. In all cases the dramatic transformations have resulted in approximately 95% return of all capital invested while retaining properties that cash flow extremely well. Robin’s hard work and determination aligned with her integrity have allowed her to get to where she is today. Outside of work, you will find Robin in her happy place – on the bay sailing. However she will be the first to admit that she is terrified of the wind, yet so intrigued by sailing and the opportunity it provides to explore the world. Sailing, like real estate, allows you to take calculated risks, look fear in the eye and push through it and enjoy a richer life because of it.
